shipping and returns

When will my order be shipped?

We like to make sure each piece is absolutely perfect. This means orders can take 4-6 weeks to get to you while any required framing is done, the piece is checked, and is given the seal of approval from the artist themselves.

How will my order be packaged?

Every finished work we send is packed through our deluxe artwork shippers. Once securely packaged inside the box, we attach your shipping labels and any necessary customs documents, as well as including your Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable), signed by the artist.

Please remember to take extra care when opening the packaging and unwrapping your artwork.

Are finance options available?

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and destination of your piece. Shipping costs are calculated prior to checkout and included in the total cost of your order, with no additional charges beyond the cost of delivery. All orders are shipped using our selected premium carriers.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. If your country is not an option at checkout, please email us at info@theknowcontemporary.com and we'll contact our carriers directly to get a delivery quote.

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to the relevant customs duties of the destination country. Customs fees should be paid upon arrival and are in addition to shipping and handling costs. Unfortunately as customs charges are governmental taxes, we cannot discount or reimburse you for these costs.

Is my order insured while being shipped to me?

Yes. Every shipment to any of our collectors is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at your door.

Where are works dispatched from?

We dispatch our works from Los Angeles, California.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, orders can be picked up upon special request in our Los Angeles Gallery. Contact us at info@theknowcontemporary.com for more information.

Which couriers do you use?

We use FedEx along with carefully chosen fine art shipping companies to make sure your work arrives in perfect condition.

Are there returns?

All sales are final. However, returns can be approved under certain circumstances. Please email us at info@theknowcontemporary.com
